4. Shipping

  • Delays due to courier services or natural circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Cancellations & Returns

  • Cancellations are only allowed within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, leaked, or defective upon delivery.

  • You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
