Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel your order, please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

  • Once the product is shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.


Returns Policy

  • We only accept returns if the product delivered is damaged, leaked, or defective.

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be provided.


Important Notes

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons like personal dislike of texture, fragrance, or results.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or store credit.
