Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

To cancel your order, please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

Once the product is shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
Returns Policy

We only accept returns if the product delivered is damaged, leaked, or defective.

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos/videos of the issue.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be provided.
